Delivery policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 days and delivery confirmed by way of an Invoice number. Return and Refunds policy The provision of goods and services by Object Map cc is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Object Map cc will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration fee. Customer privacy policy Object Map cc shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for Object Map cc via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by Object Map cc separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate's secure site. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). Responsibility Object Map cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. Limited Liability Because Object Map cc respects the privacy of users, especially as pertaining to the privacy of their message content and recipient details, the responsibility for message content and the configured recipients thereof, rests with the author of the message. Object Map cc does not take any responsibility or liability for such message content or the specification of the recipients thereof. User Rights Object Map cc licenses the 'right of use' to the users of CommunitySMS. This right of use does not include any use in contravention of the laws of South Africa. It is the responsibility of the user to abide by the laws of South Africa. Object Map cc reserves the right to deny service where it is apparent that such service would be in contravention of the laws of South Africa. CommunitySMS, however, is an automated service, and as such Object Map cc cannot guarantee that it will deny such service. User Authentication Object Map cc reserves the right to authenticate every user from time to time via his/her cell phone. This will take the form of a CODE sent to the cell phone via SMS, which must be entered into the Web Site. Please keep your cell phone with you at all times while using CommunitySMS.
